Wir haben hier unser Auto aus der Ferne gebucht über eins der ganz vielen Plattformen. Das hinkommen ging relativ gut per Shuttleservice hat aber etwas lange gedauert. Das Zurückfahren vom Autoverleiher zum Flughafen ging super schnell. Wir waren grundsätzlich mit dem Fahrzeug mit dem Service und alles was so Umzug war sehr zufrieden. Und würden wieder auf dieses Unternehmen zurückgreifen.

Immer wenn wir in Meloneras Urlaub machen, mieten wir für ein paar Tage ein Auto hier: Preise sind gut, Service ist gut, gab noch nie Stress bei der Rückgabe, die Autos sind relativ neu und sauber, mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Immer wieder gerne!

Hicimos una reserva de un coche la semana pasada en ese agencia. La jefa de Orlando fue muy amable y profesional. Hacíamos la reserva del coche dos días antes por Internet y estuvimos en la agencia un día antes de venir a buscar el coche. La jefa nos explique todo el proceso y mostro donde se puede aparcar el coche etc. El coche su mismo fue en bien estado y tuvo un motor potente para conducir en las montañas de Gran Canaria. Mi pareja y yo fuimos a Canarias el 13 de Agosto del 2023. Alquilamos el coche sin el seguro en un principio y lo contratamos allí. Mereció la pena contratar el seguro para todo el viaje. Nos equivocamos y llegamos 1h antes al aeropuerto y vinieron a recogernos sin ningún tipo de pega ni recargo. Por otro lado, nos dieron un coche superior al que pedimos por el problema de la hora que ocasionamos nosotros. Lo recomendaría y lo volvería a contratar si vamos otra vez.
